Group Sessions
OUTDOOR CROSS TRAINING
This circuit style class is held outdoors and includes a great variety of exercises using weights, mat work and light cardio. With adjustable intensity levels and modifications available, both classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Online bookings essential for these 2 classes
TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
This is a circuit style class and includes a great variety of exercises using weights, mat work and light cardio. With adjustable intensity levels and modifications available, both classes are suitable for all fitness levels.
BODY TONE & STRETCH
Low impact class using high reps, bodyweight and minibands to tone and sculpt your body. This class finishes with 10-15 minutes of long hold stretches.
BODY STRENGTH
This is a weights only class using mainly a barbell and dumbbells for an all over body strength workout. Designed to increase bone density and strength, focusing on repetitions and working through all major muscle groups, for a stronger fitter you.
GET MOVING
Kickstart your fitness in a fun and supportive environment. Get Moving is perfect for beginners. Focus is on proper form and technique; includes balance, hip mobility and light basic cardio moves to increase heart rate and boost energy levels.
SMART MOVES
Stay active, healthy, happy and vibrant. Designed specifically for senior adults, this class offers a safe and enjoyable way to improve strength, flexibility, balance and overall mobility. From seated to standing exercises using a chair for support providing a variety of options to accommodate every participants ability and limitations. Maintain independence and prevent falls in a fun and social environment.
AQUA FIT & AQUA MOVES
Total body workout that is gentle on your joints. Improve your flexibility, mobility and fitness in a social and fun environment. We use the resistance of the water together with noodles and aqua weights. The Aqua Moves class is a slower gentler class and includes balance and mobility exercises.

Good Friday 18th April – 6.45am Outdoor class is going ahead – bookings essential.
Easter Monday 21st April – 10.00 am Total Body Workout at Narooma Leisure Centre is on. Bookings preferred, but not essential.

I have worked in the corporate world for decades and found that fitness training was an outlet for a happy and balanced life. It was this and the love of helping people achieve their fitness goals that led me to attain my Certificate IV in Personal Training.
There is nothing better than feeling healthier and confident about improving the way you look and feel. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. I believe it is an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.
It is not about just lifting heavy weights or running for miles. It is about finding the training style and activity that you enjoy and can fit into your lifestyle.
I am here to guide you through your fitness program with a personal one on one approach and I will help you achieve a healthier lifestyle in a comfortable, happy training environment and location that suits you.
